I sometimes hear “oh, straight men don’t reciprocate.”, which may be fair, but plenty of gay men actively give no-recip head, and most of those guys just masturbate later. They specifically see sucking dick as a chore. I don’t know about physical attributes, though, since I know many girl friends who enjoy sex and have attractive/fit partners. I'm pretty sure they have a fat-neutral way to measure dick size by jamming rulers into the pelvic bone and stretching out the dick so that they can get past fat pads and erection quality. Gay men are both less fat and more endowed on average than straight men (and I think bi men are in-between), there have been independent studies determining both.
I hear about “more endowed” sometimes, and I wonder if most of that is just the fat pad.
